As to overbilling and stuff like that, I'm not privy to that information in other attorneys' cases, so it's not quite the same as you guys. Seriously, I get really angry when I see a colleague taking advantage of a situation when he has been entrusted to act in the best interest of client or patient. I have reported abusive practices when they came to my attention; filing a suit is a bit of a twist.
