Advice now needs to include which medication to stop if the price is too high

Sad but true. With so many patients on multiple-drug regimens, some medications will be more important than others.

Not all that shocking. Since most drugs have little marginal benefit over the next best (and next less expensive alternative) it is quite reasonable that people should start making choices. If the added benefit of more expensive choices is not worth their own money, then why is it worth the public’s money?
