The rest is typical NYC intergovernmental squabbling. As previous poster stated, the Big Dig is a tragic waste. Let’s not even get started on the Space Shuttle. And surely any attorney knows that the World Trade Center should have been able to withstand a 757 or two. I guess you could call the Iraq war a big project. Too bad that it has cost more lives than the Hoover Dam and provided a lot less energy!
