As a biotech junky I was amazed to learn that there are at least four companies that produce commercial grade bacteriophages that are E-coli specific. one private company
Intrlytix has gotten FDA approval to treat processed meats for a different bug..but a Canadian publicly trade company Biophage Pharma has E=coli specific phages that could be used on produce in a safe an economical manner. Surely this information is available to our agro scientist
