As easy as it is for the pathologist to diagnose everything perfectly, but too late, it is excuciatingly difficult to determine which patient is not faking illness. Unless Joe Citizen wants to fund every the prison health care system better than the average insured citizen, then these guys will just have to take their lumps in prison. <br/><br/>As I understand prison life, poor health care access is among the least of day to day worries. It wasn't unususal for a prisoner to push for early treatment in anticipation of loss of benefits with an upcoming release date.
