I can have 6 families in a row with kids having an identical hernia procedure with identically scripted experience through admitting, same day center, OR, and recovery, and some are bitter and foul while the rest are smiles and quite appreciative.  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;It wasn&#039;t the health care received, but the individual differences of the patient&#039;s families.  Some make lemonaid, others suck the lemons directly.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;No difference when the diagnosis and outcome is shitty.</description>
