And so, once again, the tired old phrase about doctors “banding together”…if that were true, where do the medical prostitutes masquerading as “expert witness” in the courts come from? The planet Uranus?

“experts” get paid 10 times more money to testify in court than they do by doing patient care.

Is it any surprise that these “experts” will lie in court to keep getting those paychecks from the lawyers?

My solution: cap expert witness fees, no more than say $50 per hour or $5000 per case.

10 times? And the sodomites don’t want to rape you, they pay you? Where do I get a job like that? Does it matter that I have homicidal feelings towards the sodomites?

You’ve got homicidal feelings against everyone.

“You’ve got homicidal feelings against everyone.”

I’m sitting in an ER right now with 14 Boarders, and no beds, since we hgave to admit EVERYONE to be defensive and avoid the sodomites. I hate no-one, just the sodomites.

Over here, medical expert witnesses are paid 800 NKR (US$ 100) per hour. The pay isn’t all that much, but this doesn’t make them any less prostitutes. In fact, the streets of Oslo are at present teeming with two-dollar hookers just as the courts are overflowing with medical expert witnesses.
So no, I guess capping their fees won’t be enough to remedy the problem. Other suggestions?

“if that were true, where do the medical prostitutes masquerading as “expert witness” in the courts come from?”

Norway.

So how much are you “non-prostitute” physicians willing to testify for? If you knew there was malpractice, what would you charge to piss off your insurer and become a pariah among your colleagues even though what you were doing was right and you knew the plaintiff deserved to be compensated?

Oh, that’s right, you wouldn’t, so it doesn’t matter. You don’t have the courage or the decency to testify under any circumstances. And that makes you how much better than those who do? None at all.

What does “courage” have to do with this? I wouldn’t accept a cup of water from you sodomites if I was dying of thirst. I wouldn’t want a life-vest from you if I was drowning. Why would I participate in your bullshit form of rape and blackmail you call “tort”

You’re right, I would imagine courage has little to do with anything in your life.
