The news in this story must be the virtually unpronouncable surname of the re-certified doctor of obvious Polish extraction. Or else the newspaper deliberately wants to bore its reader to death.

That is a standard “press release” that comes with your American Board of Family Medicine (re)certification results. I got the same one (well, with my name on it), but just filed it away.
