No, I would rather keep that 10 years on the lifespan and spend much less by opening the medical field to competition and not having to support the current after-expense compensation rates of the existing crop of providers. <br/><br/>Decouple the medical schools from large research institutions, streamline the training process, allow for proft medical schools and dramatically increase the number of providers produced in all specialties of medicine.
