The biggest problem drug in Worker's Comp

It is Actiq, which is transmucosal fentanyl. Apparently this expensive drug is routinely being prescribed for musculoskeletal conditions.

Now if we could only get rid of the "no-fault" fraud, established secondary to political expediency, of the WC system. That, and making sure that causation is not based on junk science post hoc ergo propter hoc and parotting the patient.
