A physician commits suicide after being involved in three car accidents in two days. He believed he was cursed.

Scary that someone who, presumably since he is a medical doctor, is a well-educated man whose beliefs are in the pracical, should be so overwhelmed by the intangible and unprovable.

Not really surprising. Look how much physicians believe in tort reform and that their insurers can’t wait to lower the prices for them.

Yeah, a crazy superstitiuous taiwanese doctor has a lot to do with tort reform and the price of tea in China.

To 12:53: We have tort reform in my state and our insurance rates have STEADILY fallen,, with many companies reentering the market. Those who don’t acknowledge the facts either need to get an education or shut up.
