I did have to carry malpractice insurance, something like $100,000/$300,000. It was an issue because I wanted to visit other hospitals, and they wouldn’t let me work there unless I had ins.

I don’t know. Anyone know if the sodomites have been able to parasitize a med student yet? You would think if the ass-lovers could get med students, they’d require them to carry malpractice insurance. Any ideas?

Intern’s/Resident’s may get named in a suit
The guy is 3rd year medical student. Surely he is not expected to be a competent doctor at that time?

I would be much more worried to be this guy’s attending. Intern’s/Resident’s may get named in a suit (I was, what a fun way to begin my career, PS: it was dropped) but the person who is ultimately responsible is the attending. If I was this guy’s attending I would have a few choice words for him.

Any plaintiff’s attorney (even the women) would get a huge erection reading this guys blog. He’s basically admitting his own incompetence in a public forum. Doesn’t he realize there’s a million parasites out there just waiting to pounce? He needs to stop giving them fodder for their unethical practice.
