Azz lovers? Sodomites? You disgust me. Are you a lawyer? Legal Training? Even a college graduate? Yes, the court system in this country is often bogged down with frivolous cases filed by claimants and lawyers hoping to stike it rich. However, we cannot forget that many of the cases filed are extremely valid, especially in the cruise industry where safety is NOT paramount and keeping mishaps quiet is the upmost concern. When you or someone you know falls ill on a ship and is forced to seek help from the Dr. onboard, then perhaps you will have a change of heart.

NCL now has American Registered ships, and as such, is required to have physicians with American or Canadian licenses on board. They prefer residency trained, board certified, emergency docs, which will certainly raise the standard. I believe according to maritime law, the doctor is only required legally to look after crew. Obviously, ethically, they look after everyone, however if the piranha lawyers in South Florida find a new niche on these cruise ships, a decision will have to be made by the foreign registered companies, either to hire better doctors, (you get what you pay for), or take it up the azz in lawsuits.

I don't think the sodomites can parasitize the cruise lines on this one; though I may be wrong. I believe most of the ships are registered in foreign countries, so the ass -lovers won't be able to win the lawsuit lottery in an American casino, I mean court, unless the rules are changed.
