Illegal immigrants are afraid to see a doctor in Canada

There have been some high-profile deportations recently:

Some Toronto doctors are calling on the federal government to ease up on deportations after recent high-profile removals appear to have spooked many illegal migrants into cancelling appointments at clinics serving the uninsured.

Good. If they want a doctor they should go back to their home country. The only way this could be seen as a problem is if it caused disease in the native population and legal immigrants. Otherwise it’s saving the candaian medical system money and will help to discourage more illegal immigrants.
