With the concept of universal health coverage on vogue, my paranoid self tries to foresee similar repercussions here. It appears human beings never get satisfied with the existing health care system in whatever form it maybe. The point remains are we just trying to reach the unreachable, only for the sake of political correctness.

Canadians need to wake up and realize what we will lose if they actually are willing to allow privatization to take more of a hold in this country. Instead of saying yes I want to pay to see a doctor, they should be saying no I want to see a plan to retain more doctors in my city/town.
We will lose a whole lot more than universal health care–too many people here just don’t grasp the implications
