I also used to hate it that the person taking appointments wanted to know, in detail, why I needed to see the doc.<br/><br/>Now, I just kill them with details. What about the receptionist that tells calling patients to "go right to the ER' or tell patients "go to the ER, your doctor will meet you there". The patient shows up, and tells you "my doctor told me to go right to the ER". Oh there is something worse.
