According to the board’s decision, the accuser, who received some medical services as well as being his employee, quit on Dec. 16 after eight months of working for him. The medical care he provided for the woman included treatment for allergies, stomach pain and infertility, including four vaginal ultrasounds between Dec. 10 and Dec. 15. She reported to DOPL that while she worked for Andrew he taught her how to perform a prostate exam on him and later asked her to perform one on him because he said he had an infection — only doctors and nurses are licensed to perform such exams; he asked her to massage an area near his genitals, causing him to become aroused; and she said he performed a vaginal ultrasound on her without anyone else in the room.
