    I wonder what happened at the time of cardiac arrest. He could actually have saved her by following the ABC of resuscitation and following the ACLS protocol. It appears that she had a healthy heart that went either into asystole, ventricular fibrillation or V-tach and she could have been resuscitated easily in an equipped ambulance. On the other hand, this guy may be totally incompetent.
