I often see people who have waited for 4-8 hours to be seen for their "flu" or "cold" and I have nothing more to offer than medications that are available over the counter when I see them. Of course they are angry that they "waited for that". If it makes them feel any better they might be really sick in a few days after they picked up something worse waiting with all the other sick people in the waiting room.
