    Very good. May I add.

11.) You all make 150k+ and are all filthy rich and will get over it.
12.) There is no such thing as a bad outcome, it could only be negligence.
13.) You have not reviewed the medical records.
14.) you really just don’t know how the world works, but I do.
    15.) You are all hysterical
16.) You are all just arrogant and want to maim and kill people with complete immunity.
17.) You don’t really care, but I do.

    18. I practice on contingency. You don’t know anything about risk.

    19. physicians are obsessed with me

    20. You are all cowards because you do not use a pseudonym like I do.

There you have it. I double-disc CD of CJD favorites. I must say I admire his persistence.

This is all funny, but the reality is that CJD and his brethren are extorting funds out of the health care system for their own use in the name of “justice”. In any other country this brand of extortion would be a crime and this scum would be imprisoned.

And I thought you guys couldn’t read! Not only can you read what I DID say, you can even put your own words in my mouth (I know that phrase gets you sodomy obsessed Anonymice excited). Bravo. You’ve finally learned why your malpractice premiums are so high.

Now, here’s your challenge. What are you going to do about it? Continue to whine impotently about lawyers?

    Go get ‘em tigers!

I am a general surgeon and make well under 150K because I provide care to a 3 county rural (and poor) area that is underserved in the mid West. Now, I do agree that it is not just the malpractice insurance situation that is making medicine difficult for physicians (the health insurance companies are making 25 cents on every health care dollar for just being the middleman), but malpractice insurance is the largest (and growing) part of my overhead. From a business standpoint, I really can’t continue, but then the population of three counties will be without a general surgeon and they will have to travel a 100 miles for the next available one.
    a really rural surgeon

    rural surgeon.

I am using CJD’s words and perceptions, not my own. Elliot and CJD say that malpractice costs are not limitng access to care for anyone and that it is all just in your imagination. They know how the world works, you don’t.

That’s right. CJD and Dr. Elliot know more about the practice of medicine than any of the doctors here. How dare anyone imply otherwise.

Actually, the facts say that, not us. We just bring you the facts.

You obviously have all the facts recarding this surgeon. You have reviewed all the medical records and insurance status of his patients, critically analyzed his malpractice insurance, and have therefore concluded that his reality is something else. Go solve world hunger and terrorism if you are so smart.

” Go solve world hunger and terrorism if you are so smart”

Are you kidding? THe lawyer sodomites won’t solve world hunger or terrorism, but they’ll stay around to sue the states that suffer from it to grab any last morsels of cash that are left over.

I made no comment regarding this particular blogger. Read what is written, not what you want to be there, and then your criticisms will make some sense.
