Even if the government wants to give these people higher salaries to stay home, they can't because there is no money for it.<br/><br/>Of course, it would help if the government was better able to manage the country's finances. If only they would reprioritize the country's national budget, we may be better able to make our doctors and nurses stay. <br/><br/>Personally, since I am only in my 3rd year of medical school, I know that am simply being idealistic in saying that I don't want to work abroad after I graduate and that I want to serve my country, who needs me more.
