I know it’s a third world country, but if it was the US, the sharks would already be lining up to sue this doctor, before anyone even figured out if there was a bad outcome. A disaster cannot be used as a defense in court, as the hospitals in New Orleans will soon be finding out once the lawsuit orgy starts!
