As an individual I understand the moral dilemma to question “when does life begin”? However, it’s it ironic that the very same people that cherish the life of an embryo, which has not yet entered the society (pro-life), some how manage to completely ignore the millions of innocents civilians slaughtered, deprived of food and water, shelter, medical care and simple adequate standard of living all over the world. I would agree if someone come to me and says , “ hey I care about what is happening in this country , not some third world” ( that statement merely reflects the idiocy and the ignorant mind set of that individual, however I’m willing entertain such arguments). But what if the child is born and the mother is unable to provide the basic necessities, does the society care for it? Does the community of pro-life take the time to instill the correct morals of the society, or provide the education, food or the toys the child desires and deserves? No he is treated as the bastard, the scumbag, the inept criminal that he is. If you want to see the correlation between abortion and crime rate read the book “freakonomics”.
 

I didn't even know they even called it abortions after the third trimester in America - over here it's called homicide, I mean most babies have already been born by then...- must bee a mistake; surely they mean "after the third month"? Or have I missed siomething important?
 

"after the third trimester"? I hope that illogical phrase comes from the reporter and not the legislation.
