Seems to me this was more the PR department's fault than Medgadgets. If they want to embargo a release, it's their responsibility to restrict access to it before the release date. Allowing public access to it via common search engines kind of makes a media embargo pointless, and there's no point in blaming Medgagdet for the PR department's mistake.
