He's got a knack for only remembering the ones that his clients lose. When they win, like the Baycol verdict, a case where the other side was represented by one of the top plaintiff's lawyers in the country, the only thing he says is how the system worked.<br/><br/>What he's doing here is setting up for a loss, so he can say - see, I told you on this date and that date. But if they win, he can talk about how truth and justice triumphed despite all these hardships. Anyone wanting to get in the PR business would do well to study Ted.
