Vitamin C does nothing for colds

The vitamins are taking a beating the last few years. It has also been recently reported that vitamin E does nothing to prevent heart disease.

Have you an opinion on the growing evidence on the benefits of fatty acids, such as Omega 3 oils in dyslexia, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia?
