A UK hospital told a patient she would have to wait 18 months for an MRI brain scan, but she could get the scan privately in two weeks

It’s reached the point where the British physicians find that cancers that were curable at the time of diagnosis turn incurable at the time of treatment.
The waiting times are that bad.
