I am so glad someone else thinks he is extraordinarily narrow-minded and disrespectful to those who are afflicted with mental illness. His comments regarding Brooke Shields and her "dependence" on SSRIs for postpartum depression made me want to scream. Tom says that it's a "hormonal imbalance" and we can treat it by taking "the right vitamins". Perhaps some people can, I'm open-minded enough to respect that... but I'd still like to know where he got his M.D. Thank you.
