I wonder when the first person to complain of fake chest pains in order to get in to see their doctor sooner will be sued.
My guess is, probably never. The only people who might suffer damages would be the patients who failed to get a same-day appointment because of Mr. Fake Chest Pain. It's unlikely that these people would ever learn that they were delayed by Mr. FCP's lies.
Note for the unscrupulous: complaining of chest pain to get a quick doctor's appointment is probably still safe. Legally speaking...
