More trees sacrificed
As I sat down to read my stack of medical journals, I'm starting to notice these "wraparound" ads that the drug companies are using. Seems to be the next step in advertising oneupsmanship.
Comments:
Not just trees sacrificed, but a ton of money, too. Those cover wraps and belly bands are expensive. In addition, there are postal regulations that have to be met that add to the cost.
I don't think I've ever seen one on a primary care book, but occasionally see them for AIDS drugs in consumer books like POZ.
