Double standard policy is a good policy for a doctor to treat his\her patients . Imagine you have two patients and both of them are suffering from same disease but one of them is lazy and unmindful but other is overactive and mindful . You should scare lazy person in order to make him\her to take his\her medcine on time and consider his\her food but you should say something to other person in order to make him\her relax and decrease his\her stress , just in this way you can help your patients.
