I’m a neurotologist in tampa, and there are only two facilities for a population of 3.5 million which feature competent, subspecialty trained neuroradiologists. not all of the neuroradiologists at these facilities can read a scan as well as i can. you think I’M gonna outsource this shizzle overseas? I must see ALL scans I order.

Not only that, but I have become spoiled and I DEMAND CT scans of the temporal bones, (por ejemplo) to be of 0.6mm slice thickness. About 20 percent of the CT scanners in the bay area are capable of that resolution. Are they hip to that in Bombay?
