But with vaccines there is no argument. Trial lawyers have all but ruined the market. Yet they are still unwilling to take responsibility.

Interesting article. I found Bush’s response in the last debate (we’re working with canada) to be a weak spot and I’m surprised no one has nailed him on it. With this year’s flu debacle, maybe public health will be tossed a bone by either possible administration.
