Amidst all the flash of the fad diets, comes a study that reminds us the key to losing weight: portion control.

    The study does not yet appear on-line through either Obesity Research Journal or Pubmed, so I have been unable to check the details myself.

    It’s good to get some vindication to show the fad dieters that I’m on the right path. Weight gain/loss is a simple mathematical equation. energy consumed – energy used = energy stored / energy stores depleted.
